How Do I: Log A Ticket?

When ICT goes a little bit wrong or something just doesn’t seem right you don’t want to be spending too much time loading emails or calling. Our simple steps will help you log a ticket with us asap.

The fastest way to raise a ticket with us is to use our little tool that sits on your computer next to the clock.

Simply right-click and select either:

  • Request Support
  • Take Screenshot and Request Support

Either option will bring up a simple form for you to fill in once you have done that it sends the ticket to us so we can act on it. If you have an error message or have something you want us to look at the screenshot option will take a screenshot of your screen.
